APWU Local 451 Meeting - Saturday, September 21st, 2019
There were 15 members present. The meeting was called to order at 11:11 a.m. Motion by Jody A. and second by Wendy S. to accept the minutes as posted. Motion passed. Motion by Jody A. and second by Nick D. to accept the Treasurer's Report as given. Motion passed.
Officer's Report: The next paycheck will have the settlement for the RI399 on it. Holiday Prime Time bidding is now. It closes on September 25th. People that are not on the Overtime Desired List can not volunteer for Overtime. They can be Forced Overtime, which is to go by rotation. Make sure you write down for your steward any time you see mailhandlers, carriers, or supervisors doing clerk work. There are forms you can fill out upstairs to report this information to the stewards. Make sure you are clocked over to the right function. National APWU Election ballots are due October 7th.

New Business: Patriots Day is going to be annually. It is to remember September 11th. Keep it in mind for next year. TriState Conference will be April of next year.
